Healthcare is complicated enough. Your strategy shouldn’t be.

Luxite Health was built for health tech companies that need a strategic partner who actually understands the market they’re trying to enter — not one who has to learn it first.

THE FOUNDER

Trisha Rawlings

I’ve spent my career inside healthcare — leading digital market strategy and go-to-market strategy at one of the country’s largest healthcare companies. That’s meant owning product positioning, building sales enablement from scratch, developing AI strategy, managing vendor ecosystems, and presenting to executives who needed clear answers in complex markets.

I started Luxite Health because I kept seeing the same problem: health tech companies with real, valuable products struggling to connect them to the right buyers. Not because the products weren’t good — but because GTM strategy in healthcare requires a fluency most generalist consultants don’t have. You have to understand how employers buy, how health plans evaluate vendors, how brokers influence decisions, and how to position a digital product against a crowded, skeptical market.

That fluency is what I bring. And it’s what I built Luxite Health to deliver — with the precision and honesty a boutique practice can offer, and the depth of experience a large firm rarely sends to an early-stage client.

Where the work gets done.

Our engagements draw on a concentrated set of capabilities built at the intersection of healthcare operations, commercial strategy, and digital product growth.

How we think about this work.

Healthcare doesn’t reward generic strategy. The buyers are too sophisticated, the sales cycles too long, and the competitive noise too loud. What works in SaaS doesn’t map cleanly to a self-insured employer deciding whether to add a point solution. What works with a mid-market HR director doesn’t work with a health plan procurement committee. Strategy has to be built for the actual market — not adapted from somewhere else.
Boutique doesn’t mean limited. It means focused. Every client gets senior-level thinking, not a junior team executing a templated playbook. The work is scoped tightly, delivered honestly, and built to be used — not filed.
The goal is always commercial progress. Not a beautiful deck. Not a framework that lives in a drawer. We measure the work by whether it moves your business forward.

Precision strategy starts here.
